Credentialing

We will acquire, fill out, submit, and monitor the credentialing applications sent to every insurance company that you want to join the network with. Typically, it takes payers around 90-120 days to process credentialing and contracting

Contracting

After the insurance approves and processes the credentialing application, they'll extend an In-Network contract to the provider. We can either handle the completion of these extensive contracts on behalf of the provider, or they can opt to manage it themselves. In either case, the signed contracts must be submitted back to the insurance for inclusion

Enrollment Audits

We have the capability to confirm a provider's participation status with any insurance company they select. Once verified, we'll relay this information back to the provider so they can update their records accordingly

Consulting

During our consulting calls with providers, we gather insights into their credentialing and contracting requirements. Drawing from our experience and expertise with various insurance providers, we then provide tailored direction and guidance
